Description

Belzona 4521 (Magma-Flex Fluid) is a fast-curing, 2-part flexible expansion joint filler designed to provide effective sealing of construction and expansion joints on concrete, stone, brick and other surfaces. This solvent-free expansion joint sealant is a cost-effective and high performance alternative to conventional mastics and sealants, providing joints with up to 25% flexibility and outstanding weather and chemical resistance. It does not require any hot work and cures quickly, ensuring a safe and easy application.

Belzona recommends using Belzona 4521 as a concrete expansion joint filler.
To apply the concrete expansion joint repair epoxy, Belzona 4521 (Magma-Flex Fluid), the surface must be clean, dry, and firm, and it must be free of rust, paint, and other surfaces coatings and contaminants. In addition, any new concrete must be dry and cured for at least 28 days. Condition the area using Belzona 4911 (Magma TX Conditioner). Next, shake the Solidifier well before use and transfer the entire contents of the Solidifier can into the Base container. Mix thoroughly for a minimum of three minutes to achieve an even consistency. Then, apply the Belzona 4511 into the joint avoiding air entrapment. When the joint is filled, a suitable scraper should be used to remove any excess material. Finally, allow the product to cure. Please see the Instructions for Use (IFU) for more information.
