Description

A non-porous, 2-part epoxy repair mortar designed for resurfacing and protecting large areas of concrete, stone and many other surfaces. This concrete repair epoxy provides excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and protection from impact and environmental attack.

Far stronger than concrete, Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed) can be used as a repair material or to provide an extra strong top layer to existing concrete areas.

This simple to apply, concrete  repair system is easy to mix and can be applied by trowel without the need for specialist tools.

Concrete repair epoxy can be used to repair and resurface concrete substrates.

The mixing ratio of the epoxy repair mortar, Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed), is 30:1 (Base: Solidifier) by weight. Please see the Belzona 4131 Product Specification Product for more information.
To apply the 3-part epoxy, Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed), the surface must be clean, firm, and dry. It is recommended to use a mechanical mixer due to the bulk and stiffness of the material. To mix, add approximately half the Base and all the Solidifier to the mixing container and start the mixer. Once the initial incorporation has been achieved, slowly add the remainder of the Base. Afterward, mix thoroughly for an even consistency. Then, apply the mixed Belzona 4131 directly onto the conditioned surface, initially spreading to a general level using normal screeding techniques and then using a metal straight edge to achieve a uniform thickness.
